The Golden Family Tree design is intricately cut out, and behind it lies a gold-colored background with a few centimeters of space in between. This creates a subtle play of shadows, changing with the light and viewing angle. As a result, the family tree appears to come forward, giving it a stunning three-dimensional effect.

How It Works

This family tree can feature up to 17 names. You can provide one name for each position. It’s not required to fill all positions—you may choose to add only some of them. Each position can hold only one name; there is no space for two or more names in a single position. The name positions are shown below:

Then, enter the wedding anniversary dates. The “From Date” is the day the couple got married. The “To Date” is the day the anniversary is celebrated. On the family tree, dates are displayed in the format day – month – year.

Grandparents are placed in positions 1 and 2 and are displayed in the largest size. Positions 3/4 and 5/6 are for the children with their partners, shown slightly smaller than the grandparents. The remaining positions are for the grandchildren, displayed smaller than their parents.

This Family Tree is Suitable for Families with Three Children

This family tree is designed for families with three children. Grandparents, the three children with their partners, and the grandchildren are clearly displayed on the tree. Here’s an overview of the layout:

For families with four or more children, this family tree is the right choice. It is also ideal for blended families.

Surprise – We’re Having a Baby!

If a baby is on the way but the name is not yet known, we can still make the family tree complete. The baby can be represented in another way—for example, with a heart, little feet, or a pacifier. Of course, your own ideas are also possible.

Has Someone in the Family Passed Away?

If a family member has passed away, they can of course still be included in the family tree. Often, a small cross is placed after their name. If you would like this, please mention it in the comments.

Pets

Would you like to include a pet of the parents, children, or grandchildren on the family tree? The pet’s name can be added, or it can be represented in another way—for example, as a silhouette, a paw print, or a beak. A fun and meaningful way to make the family tree complete.

Easy to Hang or Display

With the handy hanging clip, this 3D frame can be easily mounted on a wall. It also stands securely on a shelf or in a cabinet.

Materials

The 3D frame features a sturdy wooden border. Inside this robust 27 x 27 cm frame is an original design made from two layers of paper (white and a golden color). The design is cut from heavyweight paper and finished by hand. The names and wedding dates are machine-printed. The little heart and the wedding text (“Golden Anniversary”) are applied with beautiful foil (in color or glitter).

The entire design is mounted in a solid frame, with a space between the pearly background and the cut-out shape of the family tree. This creates a lovely 3D shadow effect. In front of the family tree is durable plexiglass.

The gift is carefully wrapped in protective foam and shipped in a fitting box.
