1. Introduction
Welcome to T-Code. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all customers in the EU, UK, and internationally. Dutch law governs these Terms.
2. Products
Our products include personalized items such as family trees, wedding gifts and so forth which are custom-made according to your specifications. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of defects or incorrect dataprocessing of T-code.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is required in advance at the time of ordering via the available payment methods.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. Withdrawal / Returns
According to EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. Standard return policy applies to non-custom items only.
6. Liability & Warranty
We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Dutch law applies. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
