You can return undamaged items with prior written approval from T-Code.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order items
Reasons why items cannot be returned:
- The item does not look exactly like on the website
T-Code items are handmade. They are then photographed or graphically rendered and displayed on the website. T-Code uses different materials and finishes. Due to the intensity of the lighting used, colors may appear slightly different. In addition, the brightness of each computer screen varies, which can also cause colors to look different from reality. - I don’t like the item
- I’ve grown tired of the item
- I accidentally entered the wrong name or date of birth
Reasons why an item can be returned:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The names and/or dates of birth provided were not correctly processed by T-Code
If you wish to return your product lawfully, please fill in the return form here. We will then contact you regarding the next steps of the return process. Return forms are accepted up to three days after receipt. After this period, the right of return expires.
Returns are made at the buyer’s risk. This means that T-Code is not liable for damage to or loss of returned items. Always ask the postal service for a track & trace code and keep it safe.
